Planning Fees likely to increase

A planning news letter from the department from levelling up, housing & communities dated 26th July 2023 highlighted with regards to planning fees that draft regulations to introduce a national fee increase of 35% for major applications and 25% for other applications were laid on 20th July 2023.

These are likely to come into force in April 2024.
