Retrospective planning permission granted for house extension

A client is delighted that we have obtained retrospective planning permission on a property in Merseyside allowing them to move forward with an intended sale of the property regularising the unauthorised extension.

The unauthorised extension was raised by the potential purchases solicitor in pre-contract enquiries.
