Will the new NPPF contain a paragraph 80?

Whilst we await the arrival of the new NPPF and consider whether it contains a paragraph 80 or similar relating to the construction of new houses in the countryside with an architectural design of exceptional quality, if you are considering such an application it may be prudent to apply at this stage rather than gamble that the new NPPF will contain such similar wording.
