HMO approved despite lack of parking and local objections

We are pleased to announce a recent HMO approval in Lancashire despite a lack of on site car parking being provided and numerous local objections on various grounds.

The application which went to a full planning committee meeting was fully supported by the members to the delight of our property developer clients to whom we provided both planning consultancy services and architectural planning drawings followed by a site survey.
