Planning appeal success for ancillary gym

We have recently obtained planning consent on appeal for an ancillary gym in the North West.

The original building was erected without planning permission but was too large to be considered permitted development.

This resulted in the council serving an enforcement notice.

Due to our expertise, planning permission has been allowed on appeal.
