Planning appeal allowed for C2 Children's Home

Following planning refusal by the local planning authority and a concerted attempt to prevent the development from taking place by the local children's commissioner, we are pleased to report that following a planning appeal, our efforts and arguments were accepted by the appointed planning inspector on all of the issues.

This resulted in the planning appeal being allowed for two children's homes, to the delight of our clients.
