Large house extension granted on detached property in Lancashire

We have recently obtained planning consent for a large house extensions on a detached property in Lancashire which has virtually doubled the usable internal floor space of the property. We also managed to persuade the LPA not to impose an unreasonable planning condition suggested by the highway authority to our clients satisfaction.
