Planning consent granted for change of use from Class F1 to Class E (g) (iii).

Following our instruction from a manufacturing and assembly company specialising in low voltage electrical control and switch gear in the West Midlands, we are pleased to confirm that planning permission was granted for the change of use with longer opening hours then anticipated.

Permission was granted within the statutory 8 week period allowing the new business to progress to open at the site.
