LPA cost award application successfully defended

We have recently successfully defended a full application for an award of costs by an LPA on spurious legal grounds. The Planning Inspector concluded that the grounds set out for the appellant were prudent and the application for an award of costs did not therefore succeed.


We also successfully extended the time period for compliance to coinside with a break clause in the property lease allowing the hot-food takeaway business to continue to trade.
