Residential conversion in flood risk zone granted

Following extensive negotiations with the local planning authority and flood risk reports to the environment agency, we have successfully obtained planning permission for a residential conversion of a locally listed building in a London borough.


The entire project took approximately 6 months from the day of submission to obtaining planning permission.
