Nine Planning Departments at risk of being placed into special measures after failing to be able to determine enough planning applications on time.

These Local Planning Departments include;

Calderdale MBC, Cotswold DC, Epsom & Ewell BC, Guilford BC, Hinkley & Bosworth BC, Pendle BC, Portsmouth City Council, the Peak District National Park Authority, Vale of White Horse DC and Waverley BC.
