Planning permission granted for new dwelling and retail shop front design.

We have recently obtained approval for a new house and retail shop front on a Locally Listed Building within a Conservation Area.

The property was located in the Upper Street North Conservation Area, Islington, London.

The initial case appraisal undertaken identified a strategy for the client which was adopted and ultimately proved successful.
